Chris Varga
If there is one thing that Chris has learned with his twenty years of experience as a paramedic/firefighter, it is the value of interpersonal relationships. Both roles as a fire officer and paramedic demand tactfulness and appreciation for the complexities of human behavior. This is why his approach to leadership is about focusing on the needs of others to motivate them.

Studying the interactions of different personalities and their correlation with leadership has been of particular interest to Chris. Over the past five years he has applied what he has learned and has garnered extensive experience in deepening his understanding of social interactions. His ultimate goal is to help make your organization more successful through the application of his core principles.

Education includes: Masters of Business Administration, and an Advanced Care Paramedic Diploma.
